The purpose of this policy is to advise you as our customer, as to the services that can be expected from our nail salon, and the steps and procedures that can be taken if you, the customers, are not satisfied with the services you receive from our nail salon.
1. All services are non-refundable. If your nails become scratched or misshaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service.
2. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 3 days after your initial service. We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have changed your mind.
3. As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
4. We will charge you for the costs or any repairs or replacements that we must carry out due to the damage that you have caused.
For example, due to your lack of care for your nails, or the finish of your nails, they are damaged (in that they are broken, chipped, or start to lift). If you have any questions on how to take care of your nails please ask the nail technician.

5. Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
7. Parents/Guardians must be responsible for any activities or incidents caused by your children. Also, children are NOT allowed to run around in the salon, especially working area.
8. Please take time to dry your nails/toenails completely, we can not be responsible for polish once you leave the salon, but we will be more than happy to do a one-time touch-up
9. There are no guarantees for customers with short nails bed when artificial nails are applied on.
10. We guarantee our customers's nails against breakage/gel polish chipping for 3 days from the service date.
11. We can not guarantee polish on natural nails since it does not last long.
12. We are not responsible for any irritation or allergic reaction associated with any products used in the salon. If you have any allergic or any medication that may result in an allergic reaction from the products we use, you must tell us before we start the process.
13. Customer shall be responsible for all of your valuables and personal belongings.
14. Children under 12 years old have permission from parents/guardians to have artificial nails or all service.
15. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
16. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. They can only used for
service.
* No refunds, if for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days.
* We do not accept checks and please do not add tips to your credit card.
* Appointments are required for all spa services.
* We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment. You will have to wait for the next available technician when you arrive.
* Your promptness is appreciated.
* Please allow 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or coupons.
